About the Job
The first thing we see, other than the SANTA MONICA sunshine, is the sunshine of a young woman’s radiant face. She’s luminous as if all the coastal forces of nature got together to bring her to life. She shines through her voice as she speaks to us to narrate each step in her journey, and beginning in downtown Santa Monica at Urth Café, invites us to join her for her exhilarating morning ritual drink in the crystal clear coastal air. Continuing her enchanted odyssey, she takes us to Santa Monica beach to showcase her specialized lower body ocean workout at the lip of the sand outside the palatial Casa Del Mar Hotel. But this isn’t enough, because she has to cool down, and shows us how along the Santa Monica pier. One day in the week of her electric, generous, seemingly weightless, hyper-fluorescent life.
